The Sea Villas consist of forty-one (41) properties on Ashwood Street, Atlantic Avenue and Cedarwood Street.  We are a part of Sea Colony, but due to specific covenants, our homeowners have the ability to manage our own neighborhood.  Homeowners can elect to be a member of the Sea Colony Recreation Association, if they wish.

Our annual meeting is on the Saturday prior to Memorial Day.  Our board of directors are elected for three year terms.
