		The Sea Villas consist of forty-one (41) properties on Ashwood Street, Atlantic Avenue and Cedarwood Street. We are a part of Sea Colony, but due to specific covenants, our homeowners have the ability to manage our own neighborhood. Homeowners can elect to be a member of the Sea Colony Recreation Association, if they wish. Our annual meeting is on the Saturday prior to Memorial Day.
