Town Council Public Hearing Notice
       
    I.
 		 Public Hearing to consider amendment to Town Zoning Ordinance to formally repeal a prior amendment which permitted a 35-foot height limit for houses constructed with a 7/12 roof pitch.
       
  This hearing will consider an ordinance to amend the Town Zoning Code to delete footnote #5 of the "Table of Dimensional Requirements" and the definition of "Height" to delete language which would permit any residential structure in the R-1 District having a minimum roof pitch of 7/12 for at least 60% of the roof area to have a maximum height of 35 feet measured from grade, provided that such structure does not contain more than three floors of HVAC-controlled living space.
