Letter to the Editors of The Delaware Wave & The Coastal Point

I endorse Tony McClenny for reelection to a seat on the Bethany Beach Town Council.  I have owned a home in the Canal Section of Bethany Beach since 1995. Tony has been very responsive to needs of the town. To list a few of his accomplishments:   Tony has provided web server space at no cost to many Home Owners Association in Bethany Beach for many years This web facility and the Internet have brought our community of owners that reside from New York to Florida to more informed of happenings in Bethany Beach and our community.

Tony has provided an e-mail newsletter following the monthly meetings of the Town Council explaining the issues that come before the town.  This e-mail newsletter has been provided to each of our homeowners at no cost.  He is a strong supporter of the beautification of the town.  The flowers have been spectacular this year which enhances our town.  Tony has the best interest for Bethany Beach at all times.

Finally Council Member and Chairman of the Communication Committee Tracy Mulligan and Tony McClenny headed up and participated in the redesign of the town website found at http://townofbethanybeach.com/.  Tony invited me to participate in the redesign and found the project rewarding and interesting.  The town can be very proud of the new website.  I am very proud of supporting Tony in his reelection effort.
